Work From Abroad
You want to work where others go on holiday? ryd offers you to work abroad in the EU for up to 6 weeks.
Onboarding
In the professional onboarding sessions you will get to know all departments in the first two days. Also an experienced employee serves as the first point of contact during onboarding. The buddy shares their knowledge and and helps you feel comfortable and become part of the company more quickly.

Your workplace in Munich is equipped with height-adjustable desks to brings physical and mental movement into your working day.
Wellbeing
In our office you will find of course the usual: free coffee, fresh fruits and free drinks. In addition, our muesli bar ensures that you also have breakfast.
Employee Fueling
Our employees are our app’s most important testers, you are allowed to submit one ryd pay invoice per month. We will reimburse you 50 € of the ryd pay invoice with your salary payment (tax free).
Refer a Friend Program
Tell your friends! For your referral’s placement you’ll get up to 1500 €.
